1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically delivered and received.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must still be attached and included where applicable.
  • Items may be tried on for fit, but they must not be worn beyond fitting purposes.
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted under our return policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • This includes any applicable international shipping fees, customs charges, duties, or other return-related costs.
  • Claire Montréal does not provide prepaid return labels unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Because some returns may need to be sent to our fulfilment partner, return shipping costs may be higher than domestic postage rates.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by email at info@clairemontreal.com.
  2. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.
  3. Return the item at your own expense using a secure shipping method.
  4. We strongly recommend using a service with tracking information / track and trace, as proof of shipment is important in the event of transit issues.

Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will assess whether it meets the return conditions.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are generally not refundable, unless required by law
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank

5. Responsibility and Liability

Please review the following carefully:

  • Claire Montréal is not responsible for parcels that are lost after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier to the address provided by the customer
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
  • If an incorrect address is submitted, this remains the responsibility of the customer
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has already been processed.

  • We may reject returns that show signs of use, wear, damage, washing, or missing tags
